Service Terms for Skid Steer Loaders

I. Product Description and Specifications


  1. We are committed to providing accurate and detailed information about skid steer loader products, including but not limited to models, technical specifications, performance parameters, appearance features, and optional accessories. However, due to possible product improvements or upgrades, we reserve the right to make changes to product details without prior notice. Such changes should not substantially affect the core functions and uses of the products.
  2. Product pictures and videos are for display purposes only. Actual products may have slight differences due to factors such as production batches and configuration options, but they should comply with the published standard specifications.

II. Orders and Purchases


  1. When customers place an order to purchase a skid steer loader on the Shopify platform, they need to provide accurate and complete personal information, delivery addresses, and payment details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the authenticity and validity of the provided information. Any consequences resulting from incorrect information, such as order processing delays, delivery failures, or other issues, shall be borne by the customer.
  2. An order will take effect after the customer completes the payment and we confirm it. We will notify the customer of the order confirmation information via email or the Shopify platform, which includes the order number, estimated delivery time, and other relevant details. Before the order is confirmed, the customer has the right to modify or cancel the order content.

III. Price and Payment


  1. The price of the skid steer loader is subject to what is shown on the Shopify platform. The price includes the value of the product itself but excludes shipping fees, installation fees, taxes, and other possible additional fees, unless otherwise clearly stated.
  2. We accept various payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc. The specific payment methods depend on the settings of the Shopify platform and the availability in the customer's region. Customers need to complete the payment process according to the requirements of the selected payment method. Only after the payment is successful will the order enter the processing stage. In case of payment problems or failures, customers should promptly contact us or the payment service provider to resolve them.

IV. Delivery and Shipment


  1. We will do our best to arrange the shipment according to the estimated delivery time provided at the time of order confirmation. However, due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supplier issues, etc.), delivery delays may occur. We will not be liable for such delays, but we will promptly notify the customer and provide the latest delivery information.
  2. The delivery address is the address provided by the customer in the order. The customer should ensure that the address can receive the delivery service for large equipment. Any additional costs or returns of goods caused by incorrect addresses or undeliverable situations shall be borne by the customer, who is also responsible for subsequent re-delivery arrangements.
  3. When receiving the skid steer loader, the customer should carefully check the integrity of the product packaging and whether there are any signs of damage to the appearance. If any problems are found, they should be noted on the delivery receipt and immediately contact us, while providing relevant photos or video evidence. If no objection is raised at the time of signing for receipt, it will be deemed that the product has been delivered in good condition.

V. Installation and Training


For orders of skid steer loaders that require installation services, due to the nature of foreign trade business, we are unable to provide on-site installation services. However, after the order is confirmed, we will contact professional technicians for the customer and assist the customer in completing the installation work through online remote guidance. The fees for the installation services, the time arrangement for online guidance, and the specific procedures will be negotiated and determined with the customer at the time of order confirmation and clearly stated in the service terms. The customer should prepare a suitable site, tools, and necessary assistants required for the installation on their own to ensure that the installation work can be smoothly carried out under the online guidance of the technicians.


We can provide operation training services for skid steer loaders to help customers become familiar with the basic functions, operation methods, and safety precautions of the equipment. The training services can be carried out simultaneously during the installation process or arranged at another time after the installation is completed according to the customer's needs. The training will be conducted in various forms such as online video conferences, detailed operation manuals, and demonstration videos. The detailed content and duration of the training will be flexibly determined according to the complexity of the product and the customer's requirements to maximize meeting the customer's need to proficiently master the operation of the equipment.

VI. Warranty and After-sales Service


  1. The skid steer loader enjoys a certain period of warranty service starting from the date of delivery. The specific warranty period and scope will be detailed in the product manual or warranty card. During the warranty period, if the product fails due to manufacturing defects or material problems, we will provide free repair or replacement of parts and components services, excluding problems caused by improper use, negligence, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications by the customer.
  2. When customers discover product failures or need after-sales services, they should promptly contact our customer service team and provide detailed product information, failure descriptions, and purchase vouchers, etc. We will arrange technicians to conduct fault diagnosis and make arrangements for maintenance services according to the customer's feedback. For service needs beyond the warranty scope, we will provide paid maintenance services. Before the repair, we will provide the customer with a detailed cost estimate and repair plan, and the repair work will only be carried out after the customer's consent.

VII. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions


  1. All intellectual property rights related to skid steer loaders, including but not limited to product designs, technical documents, brand logos, etc., belong to us or the relevant intellectual property owners. The customer only obtains the right to use the product and shall not conduct reverse engineering, copy, modify, or use it for any purpose that infringes intellectual property rights.
  2. When using the skid steer loader, the customer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and operating procedures. The equipment shall not be used for illegal activities or dangerous operations beyond its designed purpose. Any legal liabilities, personal injuries, or property losses caused by the customer's illegal use shall be fully borne by the customer.

VIII. Confidentiality Clause


  1. Both parties shall keep confidential the other party's trade secrets, technical information, customer information, etc. known during the transaction process. Without the written consent of the other party, they shall not disclose or use it to any third party. The confidentiality period of this clause starts from the beginning of the transaction and lasts until the relevant information is legally disclosed or both parties have written agreements to 解除保密义务.
  2. If a party violates the confidentiality clause, it shall compensate the other party for all losses suffered thereby, including but not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, attorneys' fees, and litigation costs.

IX. Dispute Resolution


  1. In the event of disputes arising during the performance of these service terms by both parties, they shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the negotiations fail, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction.
  2. The interpretation and application of these service terms are governed by the laws of [specific country or region]. Both parties agree to follow the provisions of this law when resolving disputes.

X. Clause Changes and Effectiveness


  1. We reserve the right to modify and update these service terms. The modified terms will be published on the Shopify platform and will come into effect on the date of publication. Customers who continue to use our services or purchase products after the terms are changed shall be deemed to have accepted the changed terms.
  2. These service terms will come into effect when the customer places an order to purchase a skid steer loader on the Shopify platform and will terminate until both parties have completed all transaction obligations and relevant disputes have been resolved.
