Shipping Logistics Policy for Skid Steer Loaders

I. Transportation Range and Destination


We provide worldwide shipping services for skid steer loaders. However, certain regions subject to trade restrictions, political instability or special geographical conditions may be excluded. Before customers place an order, we will make every effort to confirm whether the destination is within the transportable range and inform the customers of relevant information in a timely manner.


Customers are required to fill in the receiving address, contact person and contact phone number accurately in the order to ensure that the goods can be delivered smoothly. If the transportation delay or the failure to deliver the goods is caused by the incorrect information provided by the customer, the additional costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.

II. Transportation Time


The shipping time of skid steer loaders usually depends on factors such as the port of departure, the port of destination and the shipping route arrangement. Generally speaking, from the confirmation of the order and when the goods are ready for shipment, the estimated transportation time is between [X] and [X] days. For example, it may take 20 - 30 days to ship from Chinese ports to the east coast ports of the United States, and about 15 - 25 days to the major ports in Europe. However, this is only a rough estimate, and the actual transportation time may be extended due to force majeure factors such as weather, port congestion and customs inspection.


After the order is confirmed, we will provide the customer with the estimated transportation time range and track the goods' dynamics in a timely manner during the transportation process. In case of any situation that may lead to significant changes in the transportation time, we will notify the customer in advance and provide the latest estimated delivery time.

III. Transportation Costs


Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight, volume, port of departure, port of destination and the selected shipping company of the goods. When customers place an order, the system will automatically estimate the shipping costs according to the input receiving address and display them on the order details page. This cost is only the basic shipping cost and does not include other possible costs such as port handling charges, customs declaration fees and insurance premiums.


For overweight or oversized skid steer loaders, additional overweight/oversize surcharges may be incurred. The specific charging standards will be calculated according to the regulations of the shipping company and informed to the customer before the order is confirmed.


If the customer requests expedited transportation or chooses specific shipping services (such as direct shipping, priority loading and unloading, etc.), additional costs will be incurred. These costs will be added to the total order cost after the customer makes the request and confirms it.

IV. Packaging and Goods Preparation


We will use professional packaging materials and methods to package skid steer loaders to ensure that they will not be damaged during the shipping process. The packaging will comply with international maritime transport standards, including but not limited to the use of sturdy wooden boxes, fixing of equipment, adding protective pads and other measures.


We will conduct a comprehensive inspection on the skid steer loaders and complete all necessary maintenance and fixing operations before shipment. Specifically, this includes draining fuel, hydraulic oil and other liquids (depending on the requirements of transportation safety), folding up movable parts and properly securing them to prevent displacement or damage during the transportation period. Meanwhile, we will carefully clean the equipment, remove all personal items or non-original accessories on the equipment to avoid loss or damage during the transportation process.

V. Goods Tracking and Information Update


We will assign a unique tracking number to each batch of shipped skid steer loaders. Customers can use this number to query the transportation status of the goods on the official website of the shipping company or the logistics tracking platform provided by us, including the departure time of the port of departure, information of the ports passed through, the estimated arrival time at the port of destination, etc.


During the transportation of the goods, we will regularly (such as weekly) update the transportation progress of the goods to the customers through emails or text messages. In case of special circumstances (such as bad weather, port strikes, etc.) that lead to transportation delays or other abnormal situations, we will notify the customers in a timely manner and provide detailed explanations and solutions.

VI. Insurance and Risk Bearing


We recommend that customers purchase transportation insurance for skid steer loaders to ensure the safety of the goods during the shipping process. Customers can choose to purchase the transportation insurance service provided by us when placing an order. The insurance premium will be calculated based on factors such as the value of the goods and transportation risks and added to the total order cost. If the customer does not purchase insurance and losses or damages to the goods occur during the transportation process, we will assist the customer in claiming compensation from the shipping company according to relevant laws, regulations and shipping terms. However, the compensation amount will be subject to the liability limit of the shipping company.


After the goods are delivered to the shipping company and the bill of lading is issued, the risk of the goods will be transferred from us to the customer. However, we will continue to assist the customer in handling relevant matters during the transportation process until the goods are safely delivered to the destination.

VII. Goods Delivery and Pick-up


When the goods arrive at the port of destination, the shipping company will notify the customer to pick up the goods. The customer needs to bring valid identity documents, the pick-up order and relevant customs clearance documents to the designated location at the port of destination to pick up the goods. If the customer chooses to entrust a freight forwarding company or other third parties to handle the pick-up procedures, it is necessary to provide us with a power of attorney and relevant information in advance.


The customer should pick up the goods within the free storage period specified by the shipping company. If the goods are not picked up within the time limit, additional storage costs will be incurred, which shall be borne by the customer. For the situation where the goods are stranded at the port for a long time due to the customer's reasons and cannot be picked up, we will not bear any responsibility and have the right to handle the goods in accordance with relevant regulations.

VIII. Policy Change and Notification


We reserve the right to modify and improve this shipping logistics policy to adapt to the constantly changing market environment, transportation regulations and business needs. Policy changes will be announced on our official website or the Shopify store page and will come into effect on the date of announcement.
